About Us

INSPIRE Christian Counseling Center, PLLC is a Christ-centered mental health provider in Eastern NC. My goal is to help my clients achieve their goals. ''Be transformed by the renewal of your mind'' (Romans 12:2, ESV). That is my goal for every client. How does this work? 1) Contact me for an initial consultation. The consultation can be face-to-face, in person, or virtual. There is no fee for the initial consultation. 2) Develop client-defined goals for therapy. 3) I will develop a plan designed to help meet those goals. 4) The client and I will review and mutually agree to follow the plan. 5) Sessions will be Christ-centered, trauma-informed, and humanistically applied in a way that will bring healing. 6) Goals achieved. 7) Process of therapy is completed.

I will walk with you on your path toward growth and healing. I will support, encourage, and provide the tools needed for success. You will find me to be caring, supportive, and knowledgeable.
